Kevin is Co-founder and Owner of RED BaRN Homebuyers and serves as the CEO. He brings a varied work history to the business. Kevin has worked as a College President, a business executive, and as an ordained pastor. He taught as a professor at the University level for more than a decade and holds a Ph.D. in the field of Mental Health. Kevin began his journey as a real estate investor in the early 1990's, before adding other exciting careers and opportunities. Today, he and his wife are the proud parents of five children ranging from ages 3 to 25.
Ken Corsini is a seasoned real estate investor, entrepreneur, and co-host of Flip or Flop Atlanta on HGTV. As the founder of RED BaRN Homebuyers, he has completed hundreds of successful real estate transactions, specializing in home renovations, flipping, and investment strategies. With a background in business and a passion for real estate, Ken continues to inspire others by sharing his expertise in property investment and franchise development.
Manages overdue accounts and negotiates payment plans when necessary. When you get a contract, she will be working with you closely to obtain disbursement forms and ensure properties are moving through the royalty process. Her journey with Red Barn began early 2021 during the last HGTV show with Ken & Anita “Flipping Showdown.” She is also an active realtor with the Red Barn brokerage. Carolyn started with the Franchise during its first 3 months as the Onboarding Coordinator.
Jessica is an Accounts Manager who primarily works behind the scenes in financial and account management. She collaborates with the Compliance Manager and the Franchisee Relationships Coordinator to ensure smooth transaction processes and supports lead management. In addition, she oversees operations across the Red Barn companies to keep everything running efficiently. She has been working with Ken for nearly 15 years and lives near Woodstock with her husband and two teenagers.
Tracey Cooper began his career in IT staffing, co-founding Prestige Staffing, which grew into a multi-city operation. After selling his interests, Tracey transitioned into real estate in 2018 under Ken’s mentorship, acquiring and selling over 75 properties through diverse strategies. With a passion for coaching, Tracey brings his entrepreneurial spirit and extensive experience to the RED BaRN Homebuyers team.
Oversee operations to ensure everything runs smoothly for our team and franchisees. Focus is on building strong systems, streamlining processes, and fostering growth so that our franchisees have the tools and support they need to succeed in real estate investing. Married to her high school sweetheart Phil and has 2 sons. Enjoys board games with her family, hiking, and reading.
Michele Sims, a Georgia native and Eastern Kentucky University graduate, has over 25 years of sales and operations experience. Her real estate journey began with the acquisition of her first long-term rental property, sparking a passion for the industry. Michele and her husband, Chris, are proud parents of two daughters and avid Auburn fans who enjoy sports and family time with their three dogs.
Mike Kovak brings over 30 years of sales and marketing expertise to his role as Success Coach, helping franchisees develop tailored strategies for business growth. With a background in mortgage lending and agency management, Mike combines creativity, motivation, and leadership to empower the team. He and his wife, Sherry, are parents to four teenagers, and Mike is a competitive triathlete who will represent the U.S. at the Triathlon World Championship in Spain.
Erin sets you up on all of our platforms, gets you familiarized with RB Central, and works in vendor relations to get you connected and building relationships with all of our partners. Her journey with Red Barn began early 2023 in the Red Barn brokerage as an active Realtor and joined Homebuyers shortly after. Erin has several years of onboarding and managerial experience from previous roles, holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration, and is on her way to completing her Master's in Business Administration. Erin was a competitive Three-Day Eventer for 10 years, competing all across the U.S. During her free time, she likes to bake chocolate chip cookies, hike, and go thrifting.
Specializes in optimizing lead generation strategies tailored to each market. She works closely with franchisees to enhance their pipeline and provide customized solutions that drive success. In addition to her role with Offerwise, Kasey is a franchisee, helping homeowners navigate their selling options. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, spending time with her family, and hanging out with her German Shepherd, Arya.

She ensures those interested in learning about our program have all the necessary information needed to make an informed decision. Kristina is an active traveler - if you are speaking with her - she may be on the other side of the world!
